Emergency tarping
We get a heavy-duty tarp secured over the damaged area to stop active water entry. This buys time for a proper repair.
Damage assessment
Once the immediate crisis is handled, we assess the full scope — what’s damaged, what caused it, and what the permanent fix looks like.
Permanent repair scheduling
We schedule the actual repair as soon as weather and materials allow. If insurance is involved, we document everything you’ll need for the claim.

Honest pricing.
Emergency tarping runs $300–$600 depending on the size of the area and access difficulty. The permanent repair is quoted separately once we can assess the full damage. We don’t inflate emergency pricing — you’re already having a bad day.
