The process.
On-roof walkthrough
We walk every square foot of the roof. Shingle condition, flashing integrity, boot seals, ridge cap, valleys, and eaves — nothing gets skipped.
Attic inspection
If accessible, we check the underside for water stains, daylight penetration, ventilation adequacy, and insulation condition.
Photo documentation
We photograph every area of concern and include them in your report so you can see exactly what we’re talking about.
Written report and recommendation
You get a written summary: what’s good, what’s wearing, what needs attention now vs. later. No pressure, just information.

Honest pricing.
A standalone inspection is $150–$250. If you book a repair or replacement based on the inspection findings, we credit the inspection fee toward the job. Pre-purchase inspections for home buyers are the same price.
