Warranty information.

This covers our labour and installation. If anything we installed fails within 10 years of the job date due to a defect in our workmanship, we come back and fix it at no cost to you. No inspection fee, no service call charge, no argument.

What's covered

• •Leaks caused by improper installation
• •Shingles that lift or blow off due to incorrect nailing
• •Flashing failures at walls, chimneys, skylights, or valleys
• •Ridge cap or ridge vent issues caused by installation defects
• •Eavestrough drainage problems caused by incorrect slope

What's not covered

• •Damage from storms, falling trees, or other acts of nature
• •Normal wear and aging of materials
• •Damage caused by other contractors working on the roof after us
• •Issues arising from pre-existing structural problems not visible at install time

Your shingles come with the manufacturer's own warranty, which covers defects in the shingle material itself. The length depends on the product:

• •GAF Timberline HDZ: Limited Lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects
• •IKO Cambridge: Limited Lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects
• •Enhanced warranties available through our GAF Master Elite and IKO ShieldPRO certifications

Because we're GAF Master Elite and IKO ShieldPRO Plus certified, your manufacturer warranty coverage may be enhanced beyond what a non-certified installer can offer. We'll explain the specifics for your chosen product during the quote.

If you notice a problem with work we did, call our regular number during business hours or use the emergency line if water's actively coming in. We'll come out, assess the issue, and if it's covered under our workmanship warranty, we fix it. No forms, no waiting, no third-party claims adjuster.

For manufacturer warranty claims (defective shingles), we handle the process on your behalf. We document the issue, submit the claim to GAF or IKO, and manage the replacement.
