Website Use
This website is provided by Steady Roofing Co. for homeowners looking for residential roofing information, estimates, and service details. The content on this site is general information only. It is not a binding quote, contract, safety assessment, engineering opinion, or legal advice.
Estimates and Work Agreements
A request submitted through this site does not create a contract or reserve a work date. Roofing work begins only after we inspect the job where needed, provide a written estimate or work agreement, and you approve it. Written estimates are normally valid for 30 days unless the estimate says otherwise.
Scheduling and Site Conditions
Roofing is weather-dependent. Dates may shift because of rain, snow, wind, unsafe roof conditions, supply delays, emergency service calls, or conditions discovered after tear-off. If hidden damage or scope changes are found, we will explain the issue and get approval before proceeding with additional paid work.
Warranty Information
Our workmanship warranty and manufacturer warranty summaries are described on the Warranty page. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the product manufacturer and are subject to that manufacturer's terms, registration rules, exclusions, and claim process.
Financing
Financing, when available, is provided by Financeit or another financing provider, not by Steady Roofing Co.. Approval, rates, payments, credit checks, and loan terms are handled by the financing provider. We do not guarantee approval.
Ontario Consumer Rights
Ontario homeowners may have rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 and other laws. For example, certain home renovation or repair contracts signed in a customer's home and worth $50 or more may include a 10 calendar-day cooling-off period. Nothing on this site limits rights you cannot legally waive.
Website Availability
We try to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or current. If something on the site conflicts with a written estimate or signed agreement, the written estimate or signed agreement controls.
