Steady Roofing Co.(“we,” “us,” and “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through steadyroof.ca, why we collect it, how we use it, and how you can contact us about your information. We operate in Ontario and handle personal information in line with Canadian privacy principles, including PIPEDA where it applies.

- •Project details you choose to share, such as property type, service needed, best time to call, and message notes.
- •Basic technical records created by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser, device, requested pages, and timestamps.
- •Anonymous usage information from Vercel Web Analytics, such as pages visited, referrer, country, browser, device type, and the limited interaction events described below.
- •Financing application details only if you choose to apply through Financeit; those details are handled by Financeit under its own terms.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to respond to quote requests, schedule inspections, prepare estimates, perform roofing work, administer warranty support, and keep ordinary business records. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your quote request for third-party marketing.
Cookies and Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits and a small number of important interactions. It does not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies. We do not send names, contact details, property addresses, quote-form contents, or financing information to analytics.
The analytics notice lets you record an accepted or declined preference for the current visit. Vercel Web Analytics remains on regardless of that choice. Our hosting provider may also keep technical logs needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
Service Providers

- •Telegram, for delivering quote-request notifications to our team.
- •Financeit, if you ask to use financing.
Retention and Security
We keep quote, project, invoice, and warranty records for as long as needed to provide service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and support our 10-year workmanship warranty. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Your Choices
