Call us, email, or fill out the form on this site. Mike personally handles every inquiry. No sales team, no phone tree. If it's during business hours, a human picks up.
On-site inspection
Mike comes out to your property for a full on-roof inspection. About 45 minutes. He'll walk every surface, check the attic if accessible, take photos, and explain what he sees in plain language. No charge, no obligation.
Written quote within 24 hours
You get a detailed written quote breaking down materials, labour, and what's included. Line by line. If something doesn't make sense, call and ask — we'd rather explain it twice than have you wondering what you're paying for.
Schedule and deposit
Once you're ready, we'll lock in a date. A deposit holds your spot. We schedule 2-3 weeks out depending on the season — we don't overbook because we don't subcontract.
Tear-off and install
We show up on time with materials already ordered and delivered. Most residential re-roofs take 1-2 days depending on size and complexity. We work rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe. You'll know what's happening at every stage.
Warranty activation and follow-up
Once the job's done, we activate your manufacturer warranty and hand over your 10-year workmanship warranty documentation. We'll check in after the first heavy rain to make sure everything's holding. If it's not, we come back. Simple.
